It’s ok to be a mess sometimes ????????????✨

I think everyone at the moment has been going through some major ups and downs lately. Going from extreme happiness and gratitude to being pretty low and down in the dumps.

I took some time to journal and I’ve realised when I’m living in the moment I’m able to find joy and peace. None of us really know what tomorrow will bring. For many, it feels as if our entire world has been shaken up and changed overnight – without much clarity for what that means for our future.

A friendly reminder to myself and all of us that it’s ok to not be ok. It’s ok to fall apart. It’s ok to be a bit of a mess. Taking it day by day or even just hour by hour has helped keep me sane. It’s similar to when we have a loooonggg laundry list of things to do, we don’t know where to start and it can be paralysing. When we break it down, task by task, or day by day – we can get through it all easier and we feel much better and more calm. (I learn’t that little one from Claire Aristides at Mindology)

Sending you all so much love. Be gentle and kind to yourself. Have grace with yourself. And if you can, try to find some magic in the mess. We are all doing the best we can.
