About Lizzy Williamson
Over the last 15 years as a Personal Trainer, Presenter, Speaker and more recently, author, Lizzy Williamson has helped thousands of women fall in love with fitness and their bodies. She believes exercise goes way beyond body transformation – instead she views it is an amazing tool to help you find your sanity, confidence, vitality and joy. In fact, it was her own personal motherhood journey and her relationship with exercise that led her to write her book Two Minute Moves.
After the birth of her second child, exercise became Lizzy’s oxygen mask. She suffered from bouts of serious postnatal depression and found that exercise was a way for her to start reclaiming her body, brain and her spirit.
And all she needed was two minutes….
